The world of re:INVENT was born in the middle school notebooks of WTR Shaw. For the past decade, hundreds of characters have been created through narrative writing, TTRPGs and comic book art. In 2024, we put our first stage show WHAT IF? after only six weeks of rehearsals, which included devising/writing the script, creating fight scenes and staging this high energy story about a young hero navigating the dangers of Dustria City. After the major success of our superhero play, we decided to try the process again, this time focusing on a band of pirates over the course of six months to develop the play. LADY LEGACY: TAIL OF THE TIDE took to the stage in January 2025. In August 2025, we officially became a non-profit production company with the intention of producing new works for stage, screen and audio entertainment.

re:INVENT Productions is based in Lubbock, Texas and we proudly work with both West Texas artists as well as artists around the globe. re:INVENT Productions aims to foster the creation and development of original works of storytelling across multiple mediums, including but not limited to theatre, audio drama, and film. Operating under the shared universe of re:INVENT, the organization supports artists in the production of innovative and inclusive narrative content.
